Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

Delivery Areas

Sea Moss Drinks and Almond Milk deliveries are currently available exclusively within DMV (DC, Maryland, and Virginia) locations.

Other wellness products may be shipped within the United States where permitted.

Shipping Responsibility

Once orders are shipped or delivered, Medhane LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses entered by customers, weather conditions, or lost/stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

 

 

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our wellness, herbal, and consumable products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review each situation individually.
